Hey John, Annette has already thanked you from us both, but i just wanted to drop you a short line. You & the lads were brilliant! You made our wedding night as special as the church ceremony made the day!! The travelling english lads loved you, as did the older Irish family members! And Fr Leahy stayed until 1am and sang with you, so i think he enjoyed himself too.... Your advice regarding the extra musician and the dance instructor option was spot on! We'll be keeping tabs on your website, and hopefully we'll get to see you live again in Cork early next year. Hello John, How're you doing? I'm finally getting back to some normality! It's my last day at work today and going to head over to Qatar to Chris next week. I just don't know where to start to say thanks so much for making our day so fantastic. I suppose everyone says it but alot of people have said it was the best wedding they'd been at and they loved the band. Especially all our 'foreign' friends or the 'english people' as Fr Leahy was saying. Chris and myself can't thank ye all enough. As well as being fantastic musicians, what a lovely bunch of guys. I will drop you a thank you card and write on the website but just wanted to drop you a note also. Even the 'singing priest' loved ye. He was a good laugh. Filled the dancefloor haha. So if you can pass our thanks onto all the lads and will hopefully see ye playing again soon in Cork or somewhere else in the world, you never know!!! All the best.

Hi John (& Arundo) We hope you’re keeping well! Sorry only getting around to e-mailing you now – but we’re just back this week from honeymoon! Well we just want to say thank you so much for your fantastic music on our wedding day!! It was so beautiful! You were just absolutely outstanding in both the church and at the drinks reception! The atmosphere in the church was unreal…. We are both so delighted!! All our families, friends etc are still raving about you all and singing your praises! So sorry that we didn’t get a chance to meet and chat with you on the day but – as you know yourself… it was just impossible, as the day went by so quick. And also thanks so much for all your help and advice when we were choosing the pieces and instruments – it was very much appreciated! We have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Arundo to anyone at all for any occasion! We’re so happy that ye were part of our big day and helped make it so special.

Hi John, Just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you and your fellow musicians for providing such great music on the evening of our wedding. Your music was even better than I had hoped for and I wish I had been able to stay in the room for longer, listening to you guys, but I was being pulled in various directions that evening! You added a great atmosphere and I know you really made the night of my aunt and uncle in particular, who were up dancing for the most part of your set! And when Andre and I first walked in to the room, the music was right for an impromptu 'first dance', which I'm really glad we did! I'll make sure Patrick Nordstrom (owner/manager of Blackwater Castle) adds you to the list of recommended suppliers that he hands out to people planning events at the castle. Would that be alright with you? At least now you know the setup there and you might like to do a gig there again. Thanks again to all of you - you really added something special to our wedding. John, sorry that it's taken us so long to get a word of thanks across to you and the lads. But better late than never - I just wanted to say that on the best day of our lives, you and the band were an essential part. We had listened to your CD intently after hearing you live in Counihans, knowing that you would be brilliant at the ceremony, but even our highest expectations were surpassed. Seeing the video today and hearing the music brought such a fantastic feeling to us both. Thanks a million. We hope that you'll be touring in Boston soon!!! 

You and the band played for our wedding in Waterford last November. We just got our wedding video and were struck again by how beautiful the music was, both in the church and for the reception. We're living in Boston now but hope to catch you again when we're next home. Thanks again for a wonderful job, you helped create such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and the music added so much to the ceremony. Our friends talk about it still. Hi John, Arundo played at my wedding in The Church of the most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix on Thursday 10th July 2008. The music was brilliant! We loved it, as did our family, friends and all of our guests. The trad music at the church was the most praised part of the wedding! Even the assistant photographer on the day, said it was the best music she had heard played at a wedding, and she's been to many, as you can imagine! Friends have downloaded your music from iTunes too. I've already posted messages praising Arundo on Weddingsonline.ie and I hope that you get plenty of work from my recommendations.
